Putting together the budget upgrade!
Putting all the pieces together and installing a fresh windows on the SSD Ill be back with an update (hopefully) soon!

I've gotten this far. Updating to 10, then drivers, then programs, and I have a double tomorrow so I'll prob be done by Monday. lol

All 168 updates completed, all drivers, and I have most programs running. I can play F4 on High (Ultimate dropped under 30 frames in the city. Also, with my old settings I can get 28 Frames in cherno. With most on max i can hover around 18. And this is before overclocking. Currently cpu idles at like 44-45c and DROPS to 34-40 while playing F4 and DayZ for thirty minutes each. (Vid card gets up to around 50c though)

Once you overclock you will be in the mid to high twenties in Cherno on mostly NORMAL settings. Fallout 4 will likely run on ultimate at around 45-60 fps and 40ish in cities with a few random 30fps hiccups here and there.
